Q. What type of equipment can you supply?
Anything that you may require we can source for you. Here are some examples:- Construction equipment, building equipment, house & building maintenance equipment, roadwork, road, site, road building, forklifts, (electric or diesel fork, lift trucks), recycling equipment, environmental equipment, oil recycling equipment, plastic injection or recycling equipment,tyre and rubber recycling equipment, pcb printed circuit board recycling equipment, etc, etc. In fact not just from China but from most countries in the world to most countries in the world.

Q. What is the delivery time?
Depending on factory holidays around two and a half to three months from receipt  of cleared funds to arrival at the destination docks in the UK or Europe (Other destinations quoted for on request)

Q.Why can't I just wait until you have them in the country to try one and then make a decision?
We only import goods to order direct from the factory for dealers  making advance factory orders. That's why they are priced so low. The good news is that unlike importation deals that require you to order in bulk our co-importer deal allows you the oportunity to order single samples, twos, threes or any quantity at any time.

Q. What is the cost of delivery to my address?

Please advise us of your post code so that we can obtain a quotation for you.

Q. In what way will I be committed as a  dealer?

No commitment whatsoever. You can re-order whenever you like or not at all. However, you have to buy as a "co-importer" and accept responsibility for carrying out any warranty labour  to the end user. Whilst under warranty we will arrange on your behalf free spares for you from the factory. 

Q. How safe is my money?

As an experienced and established import company we have an arrangement so that your funds are not paid to us but are paid directly to our  UK bank  and they have  a "charge" against the company so that the funds are available for  the bank to use for issuing international documentary letters of credit to foreign suppliers. This  prevents the funds being withdrawn by us  for any other purpose except for issuing  an international letter of credit to the manufacturers bank. We can provide a letter from our bank to confirm this if necessary.  

Q. How can you ensure that the overseas manufacturer will supply the goods after they have the money?

As an experienced and established import company we only use standard recognised  international ordering procedures know as "documentary credits" which ensure that the manufacturers have to provide evidence to our  bank that the goods have been put on board the ship before the money is released by our bank to the manufacturer's bank.

Q. How well do you know the suppliers?

We have already  done satisfactory previous business with many of them and we also have our own agent in China able to make personal visits to the factories.
